I felt very heard and respected. She checked previous notes prior to my appointment and followed up about previous concerns that were still relavent and made a treatment plan that was simple, straight forward, and I was comfortable with. She spent the time to answer all of my questions fully and offered additional education for more context around my symptoms and treatment recommendations
