Very good visit with excellent doctor
However, on Wednesday I was told I would be contacted to schedule a procedure and I have not yet been contacted.
Dr. Jen is the best: absolutely in tune with what's going on, and what to do.
Dr. Jen is thoughtful and knowledgeable. She listens well.
Dr. Gen, was a delight during the entire appt. She engaged in conversation well and sometimes answerd questions, that I had prepared to ask, before I asked them! She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She put me at ease about my health concerns and provided/explained plans for treatment. She offered choices and let me make my own decisions. I was very confident, when I left.

The doctor was very thorough in accessing my history w/kidney stones and whether to schedule surgery. The doctor reviewed her notes, history from past surgery (March) and asked pointed questions to determine if surgery would be necessary at the present time.
