I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Emory Radiation Oncology. From the ladies at the front desk to the doctors, nurses, and radiology techs, I was treated with kindness, compassion, and genuine care. I felt heard and valued, and everyone made me feel so comfortable that our interactions often felt like being among old friends. I am incredibly grateful for the care I received.
Dr Bhatia has been very engaged with my health and my reaction to the radiation therapy. She makes herself available when I have concerns and follows up with answers and solutions after consultation. Dr Bhatia embodies the old fashioned code of concern and investment of compassion and care for her patients. She is a breath of fresh air in the present era of practitioners too busy to return messages and unable to devote the time and energy their patients need. She instills in me a confidence of assurance that my recovery can be a success.

I WAS SO PLEASED WITH THEIR CONCERN
Doctor questions and explanations of needed care - additional In-home application of various creams, medicines to support good skin health of area subjected to radiation. My questions were answered and detailed explanations on how to apply meds to Improve treatment were shared by doctors.
Dr. Bhatia was wonderful and attentive. Her spirit exudes caring, kindness, compassion, patience, knowledge, and enthusiasm for patient care. My daughter and I truly appreciate her being a part of this journey; we want to send our thanks to her for making our visit an uplifting one. We left, feeling excited to start the next part of our journey.
