Dr. Pisipati was 25 minutes late for my 4 pm virtual appointment .
Care provider did not totally recall prior tests and lab results without accessing notes, we're now going to again schedule scans already performed, having to redo scans again does not give the patient a high degree of confidence
It was all over my head. I had a lot of confusion.
My first meeting with her and I think I can say I will like her but please take a second to smile and make me think that I matter, she gave me a half moon and that was acceptable. I liked her frankness for getting the information she wants and need but please connect with the person you're speaking to, actions are just as important as words and when you've completed the meeting say have a great day and good bye because one day you will get older if you live long and life have a way of serving back what you prepared. Dr. Pisapoti was cold, unfriendly, and was basically rude. She had not read my chart to even be familiar with my visit. She implied I was responsible for some needed legwork to coordinate with another doctor. She came r5 minutes late and rushed through my appointment as if she had more important matters to attend to. She never smiled once, didn't shake my hand, etc. She treated me like a number, not a person, and spoke to me In a condescending tone as though she was above me. She made no effort to establish the trust a patient wants to be confident that a doctor will deliver the highest quality of care pissible. One's life is literally in their doctor's hands, and the attitude of this doctor was undesirable to say the least.
Dr Pisapati was very knowledgeable about my situation and explained my options in detail.
I was very impressed with Dr. Pisapati. Her calm demeanor put me at ease, she answered all my questions, and she took the time to explain the course of action.
I had an excellent follow-up visit with Dr. Pisipati. She addressed all of my prior concerns, made sure all required follow-up test/exams, etc., were scheduled and took the appropriate amount of times to ensure that all my questions and concerns were addressed. I was very satisfied with my follow up vusit.
