Sarah Capelouto Cromack, MD

Assistant Professor, Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Co-Director of Oncofertility and Fertility Preservation. An Atlanta native, Dr. Cromack graduated from Pace Academy, then attended Vanderbilt University graduating summa cum laude as a double major in Spanish and Neuroscience. Returning to Atlanta for medical school, she began her first research endeavors with the Emory Reproductive Center team as a first-year medical student, later graduating summa cum laude from Emory University School of Medicine. This was followed by residency training in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center/Parkland Health & Hospital System in Dallas, TX, where she was recognized with the outstanding resident teaching award and nominated to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She then completed fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, IL. She is board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology and board eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. She has a special clinical and research interest in oncofertility and complex medical fertility preservation, helping those facing serious medical treatments preserve their options for future family building. She is passionate about providing comprehensive, personalized care in reproductive health, ensuring her patients are fully supported throughout the decision-making and treatment processes of fertility care. She sees patients at Emory University Hospital, Emory University Hospital Midtown, and also runs the weekly Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility clinic at Grady Memorial Hospital.
