Hospitals are where we can hear the worst news and hope is a refreshing change. The seriousness of my situation was outlined and the solutions were explained and I left feeling 100% better than I did going in.

Both the resident and Dr. Patel were attentive, kind, and patient. They answered every question I asked and always asked if I had any more questions they could answer.

PA, Quyn (excuse if misspelled), was amazing. She explained everything in detail about surgery and what to expect after. She listened to my questions and concerns. Her level of knowledge made me feel comfortable with my decision to move forward with the surgery. Dr. Patel's kindness, bedside manner and confidence with how he also spoke about the surgery aided in my decision as well. They both are an asset to Emory!
