This was my very first appointment with this person on the team. She was very attentive to my questions and concerns. She explained everything clearly and made sure myself along with my daughter ( caregiver) understood everything. The inclusion of the pharmacist Michelle to explain the medication and what steps I needed to do. Overall everyone was knowledgeable, listened and encouraging during my visit.
She listened to my concerns and addressed each one. This journey is never ending and I am grateful to see someone who listens.
