About

Tiara Mack, FNP, has nearly 15 years of experience in health care and is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a strong background in family medicine and primary care. She is passionate about providing holistic, evidence-based care to diverse patient populations throughout their lifespan.

Tiara earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Georgia State University and completed her nurse practitioner residency training at the Atlanta VA Hospital. Her clinical rotations included primary care, hematology/oncology, geriatrics, cognitive neurology, psychiatry, and pulmonary medicine. These experiences enhanced her diagnostic and care management skills for both complex and routine conditions.

Her commitment to primary care is driven by a genuine desire to empower patients with knowledge, build lasting relationships and prevent chronic diseases through lifestyle-focused medicine. “I love making patients feel heard and seen - it's one of the best parts of what I do,” she shares. Tiara believes that compassionate care, clear education and teamwork can significantly improve health outcomes.

Fun Fact: Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as a medical assistant, CNA, and LPN, which gave her a profound respect for every facet of patient care.

Outside of work, Tiara enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
