My problem continues as I explained to good doc then have an issues long time. Of course he told me to go see someone else I was under impression to see someone that can help me with this particular problem it's beyond is understanding I don't listen I knew that before I walk in I've done my research could not have looked at all the files. The final point is the video conference to go all at 9:00 they called me early and still trying to get prepared of course I agree. Still no closer to the problem and there are multiples I understand that so I was told that somebody would reach out to me that might be able to help I wasted my time and good doctor's time and most of all my money and I'm tired wasting the day with time I don't get back that spent something I believe wast ing time . Guess I'll be waiting for your phone

Dr very concerned about my health

Dr. Garzon-Muvdi explained the findings of the test that was administered prior and recommended steps to follow.

Dr Garz?n-Muvdi was excellent. His observations and recommendations were thorough, helpful and answered all my concerns.

He always makes me feels @ ease. He's has a great staff they're very nice.

Need to have info for next appointment.Have not heard from required tests to be schueduled

The appointment wasn't started in a timely manner. I was informed in the email I should arrive 15 min prior to the appointment which I did. I waited 40 minutes and the provider didn't arrive. I had to call the front office who had to call someone to get in contact with the provider. Then when I finally had the appointment it wasn't acknowledged for the late start or an apology. In addition there were two other staff in the meeting, whom I wasn't introduced to or asked if they could take part in the meeting. On the other hand the doctor appeared to be very knowledgeable and confident in their skills which was helpful to alleviate feelings about a potential surgery. It could be beneficial if time management was more thoughtful.

We have always had excellent care.

I traveled a good distance to see this doctor and hoped for a bit more time. I left feeling like I didn't get a chance to discuss my symptoms in their entirety. I appreciate that he read the information sent by a specialist, but other symptoms were not asked about, leaving me feeling that his opinion is that my health problems are all in my head. He was incredibly kind and I'm willing to continue with him as needed for this reason and his excellent reviews.

Dr Garzon was awesome. Easy to talk too.

The doctor was very informative while ensuring I understood certain risks involved.. With that being said, he stated he wouldn't push the risk but would get as much of my tumor out trying not to damage facial, optic, or other nerves which may be engulfed by said tumor.
