The physician assistant was thorough, attentive, and compassionate. She noticed my blood pressure was low and took the time to recheck it. She carefully examined my ear for any signs of infection and explained her findings clearly. She also shared her own experience with ear piercings, which was reassuring and helped put me at ease. Based on her assessment, she prescribed a different medication that she believes will be more effective. I appreciated that she listened, took my concerns seriously, and provided thoughtful, personalized care.
As bad as I was feeling, she may me feel better by how she communicated with me. Her genuine concern for my well being was so Impactful that I changed doctor's and locations.
