The Center for Breast Care at Emory Johns Creek Hospital offers comprehensive breast imaging and breast health services in one convenient location. The Center is staffed with a multi-disciplinary team of experts in breast imaging and radiology, medical oncology, pathology and reconstructive plastic surgery. Patients can receive guidance from a nurse navigator who can assist with various stages of care, should you need something beyond a regular screening mammogram.

Our team strives to provide compassionate, individualized care to each patient. You can either choose to utilize our full complement of breast care specialists as your total team, or you can opt to have the center's team work in conjunction with your existing healthcare providers.

The center is easy to access, located in the heart of Johns Creek at the Emory Johns Creek Hospital Physician Plaza. Once inside, patients are treated to a spa-like setting designed to optimize your comfort and peace of mind. For added convenience, patients can view a report of their screening mammogram on the Emory Healthcare Patient Portal.

Before Your Appointment

Thank you for choosing Emory Johns Creek Hospital Center for Breast Care! We are honored to be your health care partner. If you are a new patient, we would like to obtain records from any previous breast imaging you have completed (mammograms, breast ultrasounds, breast MRIs, etc.) so that they can be compared with your new images. If available, the past five years of records are ideal in helping us compare your images thoroughly, delivering your results much faster.

Your health records belong to you; that means you can request that your records from previous providers be shared with the Center for Breast Care. When making a request with your previous provider, the following information will be useful:

  • Images can be sent electronically via LifeImage or Power Share: Emory Healthcare (Clifton Road)
  • Prior reports can be faxed to 678-474-7908
  • To speak with our Medical Records department, please call 678-474-7700
  • To discuss prior images with our Breast Care Team, please call 678-474-5602 and select option 5
If you need assistance, we are happy to help you obtain your past images by requesting them on your behalf. We can send you a release form that grants the Center for Breast Care your permission to access your previous records from other health care facilities. This process can take up to 30-45 days so be sure to get started as soon as possible. If you have been to multiple facilities, we will need contact information for each location. Call our Care Team at 678-474-5602 to get a copy of the release form and begin the request process.
