Our volunteers serve in departments around the hospital, including the Thrift Shop, Guest Services, the Emergency Department and nursing units. Our volunteers help create a welcoming environment for all and enhance the patient experience.

We have several types of volunteer programs:

For high school students ages 16–18 (by June 1, 2026)
This summer volunteer program offers teens the opportunity to support hospital and clinic departments while learning about healthcare careers.Program Highlights
- Serve one consistent shift per week (Monday–Thursday) in the same department
- Volunteer role—not shadowing or an internship
- Tasks may include:
- Organizing clinical supplies
- Delivering meal trays
- Assisting with department needs
