Emory Transplant Center at Kennesaw is an Emory-employed member of the Emory Healthcare Network. Patients can now receive transplant evaluations and post-transplant follow-up care from Emory professionals without making a trip to Atlanta. Established in 2011, the Emory Healthcare Network joins together Emory-employed and private practice physicians in communities throughout metro Atlanta and the state, in collaboration with Emory Healthcare, into a single comprehensive care management system. Emory Transplant Center offer outcomes in heart transplant surgery, kidney transplant surgery, liver transplant surgery, lung transplant surgery, and pancreas transplant surgery.
