Coming October 2022 – a new web portal that will enhance care coordination for Emory’s referring providers!

October 1, 2022, Emory Healthcare will go live with Epic as its electronic medical record. With this transition, a new web portal called Emory Healthcare Link will also be available for external health care entities (e.g., referring providers).

What is Emory Healthcare Link?

Emory Healthcare Link is a secure, web-based portal (not an electronic medical record) that allows external health care entities (e.g., referring providers) to view relevant patient information and perform service-oriented tasks (e.g., refer patients to Emory, enter orders). To close the loop at the end of patient care at Emory, referring providers will be sent messages containing a continuity of care document via Emory Healthcare Link.
