Step 1: Complete new site request.

During this step, a new practice is enrolled. One agreement is needed per practice location. Skip to step 2 if the site has already been approved.   

Each site requires a signed Site Agreement with signature of an authorized signatory and a site administrator designated. Be prepared to upload the site agreement during New Site Request entry.

Enter the New Site Request. Select “Request New Account” > “Site.”

Step 2: Request a new user.

During this step, new users are provided access. 

Each new user request requires signed Confidentiality and System Access Terms. Be prepared to upload this document during the New User Request entry. 

Enter Request for New User Access.

Select “Request New Account” > Select role.

You will receive confirmation of your request via email within 5 to 7 business days.

Training is not required.

No. Software is not required to access Emory Healthcare Link.

Terms and conditions are included in the Site Agreement and Confidentiality Agreement.
