As we end the month of April, which is National Donate Life Month, we continue to honor and celebrate the gift of organ donation. Several Emory Healthcare hospitals and facilities participated in Donate Life flag ceremonies at its campuses and facilities. These ceremonies, symbolize hope, gratitude and a second chance at life.

One family who spoke at Emory University Hospital expressed gratitude for an organ donation. Watch the video below to learn more about how a message on Facebook changed a little boy’s life.
