Dr. Kawwass was very friendly, positive energy which helped ease my anxiety. All of my questions were answered, I felt well informed about my fertility journey by the time I left

We had a great experience with the doctor, fellow, nurses, and embryologist

At Emory reproductive center, doctors won't share information unless you advocate for it. But Kawwass did agree to share information when I asked. At other clinics, patients don't have to beg for basic updates.

It was very laissez-faire or "choose your own adventure". I was hoping to get more direction and advice throughout the process, but it was "do whatever you want!" I then spent hours researching everything I could about IUI and IVF and all the medication options that come with it to create the treatment plan that would yield the best results. I didn't want to just keep trying the same thing. I needed a progressive plan that got more and more aggressive to get pregnant, but I had to advocate for myself to get any changes.

They are experts with excellent attention even though I don't speak English, I help myself to understand certain things that I can't manage to tend to in the best of their efforts
