Fr. Smith Embodies everything a great doctor should be. He will be missed very much.

Dr. Smith listened to me and included me in decisions about my care. He was not rushed and I really appreciate this. He showed that he cares about me as a patient and my course of treatment.

The Doctor was explaining with detail my situation and even took the time to write a schedule on when I will be taking my medications that he prescribed!! I was impressed!! So kind !

His bedside manner was excellent, which had been obsolete for doctors until lately. He is kind and has the same belief as myself.

The physician never touched my neck or arm did not have images of my MRI available

Dr. Smith was very personable along with being knowledgeable.

The issue I had was the initial lack of understanding about my referral. I feel I drove three hours expecting to be seen by a neurosurgeon and then was seen by a spine doctor who formed an uninformed opinion which he then did acknowledge was incorrect when he viewed my referral and the MRI and reports.

Dr. Smith seemed genuinely concerned about my problem and explained causes of my pain.

Doctor Andrew Smith was absolutely amazing he listened he addressed my concerns we came up with a treatment plan that started the day of 1st appointment. DrAndrew truly helped me at a time when I was in stress from the pain. He went above and beyond. The only other Dr who gave me this level of care was Dr Jaymin Patel I never thought I would have another Dr like that.But Dr Andrew Smith changed that .
