Dr. Tseng is the best of the ortho docs I've seen. He listened, showed empathy, provided treatment options in a way that was easy to understand and was very collaborative in developing a treatment plan. Wish I could have more providers like him!

Dr Tseng is exceptionally good. Found the spots that were painful, put the needle right on them, and delivered a little twinge of pain. My kinda Doc - no pain; no gain!

Dr Jasper Tseng is terrific. He listens well and looks at me as a whole person not just a presenting aches part. He clearly explains test results and the interplay between different things that might be going on and how best to try managing issues. I especially appreciate his office reaching out to schedule the f/u to explain my MRI & getting me in so quickly. Once again, DrTseng presented options for short & long term pain management. It was cool to review the films and ultrasound images from my injections to help understand how things were working (or not) in my old body. Dr Jasper Tseng & his team continue to be an invaluable part of my health/wellbeing journey. I realize they have clinical notes and records, still he seems to connect the dots and sees me as a regular person that he remembers from visit to visita wonderful attribute for a doctor and healthcare provider. Dr Tseng is excellent - he listens & responds to questions and comments (even when the clinic is stomped and there are a zillion patients). He quickly & clearly helps identify what's at issue and options. He helped address my shoulder pain and outlined possible next steps. He works well with others on his team so care comes seamlessly. This is only the second time I've seen him -amidst many other patients-yet, he seemed to recall unique particulars that made me feel seen as a whole person. Glad to have him helping keep me going. This was my first time meeting Dr Tseng, and I am happy to have continuity of care and explanations for some of my ongoing issues. He checked out what was going on and quickly provided options to help me feel better so I didn't fall prey to my various aches & pains. He explained that I might need a follow on but I am so blessed that he addressed my current shoulder issue without making me schedule another appointment. The injection that I received was not as painless as my previous injections from Dr Tu. This is a little concerning going forward!

He answered all of my questions was very patience with me to explain and show me the x-rays of my previous visit @ Emory Midtown.
