Wayne Hu, DO

Simple straightforward - I know what to expect, when and the rest is 'what happen' after I make it through.

Dr. Hu was very nice. He made sure he knew who he was talking to and my history. He also made me feel better about my situation and the next steps to me feeling better.

My care was in professional and caring hands!!

I was seen by Dr. Hu. He was very friendly and attentive. He listened to my concerns and although he seemed puzzled by my symptoms, he showed a genuine interest in my well being.

I love the fact that my Doctor was not only concerned about my current issue but any other issues. Which I did and he offered advice about it as well.

1st time meeting Dr.Hu but his level of concern was genuine and concise.

The Physician indicated his skills and was very attentive to Patient's desired service. Recommended and referred to Surgeon.

Dr was not informative about my medical condition as he could have been.

Dr. Hu is a thoughtful, excellent, knowledgeable caregiver. I felt his genuine concern for my health.

Dr Hu and his nurses were exceptional. They expressed concern about my condition, and they set up the next step in my treatment. I left with hope that this next step (an epidural steroid injection).

Dr. Hu was open and understanding of the situation and provided two options.

The doctor's ( Dr Wayne Hu's) conduct toward the patient was not satisfactory and showed a lack of proper patient care and Convince. A doctor should respond to a patient's concerns with patience and professionalism, not aggression.

Very poor experience with Dr Hu, I am actively looking to switch my ortho provider within the network. He showed very little compassion or care for my diagnosis or condition, and I felt like a number on a conveyor belt. A little compassion would go a long way.

Dr. Hu was friendly, thoughtful, and efficient. I was given a plan for care that made me confident a solution would be found for my arthritis pain.

Both times I have seen Dr. Hu, I felt he really listened to me and asked good questions and then knew what to do, so knowledgeable, personable, and still treating me as an equal part of my care.

My doctor is a very soft spoken direct out of the box Caring person I like that my time was not rushed. He took his time he examined and then talk to me and explain step-by-step. I give him two thumbs up and a snap.
