It's nerve wracking to be referred to Winship, but also a blessing to have access to such a comprehensive and skilled team. Dr. Gross was SO attentive, patiently listened and provided detailed Information of the situation and possible outcomes. My husband came with me and he has been more nervous than me, and how sincerely and honestly she communicated with him showed such humanity. I had so many questions, how, when, if'.and Dr. Gross patiently, calmly answered in way that both my husband and I knew we were blessed with a sharp, skilled and warm surgeon.

Dr. Gross is very professional, caring, friendly and informative. She asked great questions, and was very responsive with details about my surgery. I am so impressed with her skills and specialties.

Dr. Gross and her expertise truly changed my life. I had three surgeries with her, and from start to finish, she consistently put my best interests first. What stood out most was her communication, she took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question with patience, and made sure I always felt informed and comfortable with the plan.She set realistic expectations from the beginning, which I really appreciated, and then somehow still exceeded them with my outcomes. Her skill as a surgeon is undeniable, but what makes her exceptional is the compassion she brings to her work. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and the results they achieve.Going through multiple procedures can be overwhelming, but having a doctor like her made all the difference. I felt supported, respected, and confident every step of the way. I couldn't recommend her more!

I was very pleased with my doctor's care and concern. She eased all of my worries.

Would have preferred to meet Dr Gross earlier in person but that was not possible however, teleconference was a good alternative to meet Dr, discuss and learn more about the procedure.

Dr.Gross will look at scans from Northeast Georgia, but she agrees that she doesn't see a issue other than complete healing will take awhile!
