Kendra Farrand, PA

Of all the PA's in otolaryngology, Kendra has been the MOST patient, sympathetic, knowledgeable, and supportive!!!! She finally was able to get all my meds ordered correctly for insurance purposes!!!!!! I never feel rushed or unheard!!!!!

Obviously I was very impressed with everything about this interview. As an old retired physician I do not give such a rating without thinking about it.

Ms Farrand was very concerned and supportive but was at a disadvantage due to the MRI concluding just prior to my appointment. The lack of MRI results were somewhat disadvantageous for Ms Farrand, through no fault of her own. She was able to discuss her findings, following a laryngoscopy, and provide very specific information. I have seen Ms Farrand twice now and am very comfortable and confident with her.

Kendra was GREAT!!!! She listened carefully to all my concerns and helped with one of my prescriptions so insurance would cover it.Then suggested new possibilities about my condition and set me up to see a surgeon. I would and will recommend Kendra to my friends and other head and neck patients!
