The nurse practitioner asked relevant questions, changing course and line of questioning appropriately to ensure she thoroughly assessed all possible causes of the lump on my neck. She even changed the diagnostic test she initially ordered based on one very pertinent response.

The care provider was very attentive and had a genuine sense of concern for my health and well-being. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She listened to me and made me feel like a valued patient. Her follow-up (i.e., lab results comments, calling in prescriptions) was thorough and prompt.

Great experience, I got to discuss my concerns and left with realistic solutions to try. She was confident, understanding, and firm.

The provider I saw did not seem concerned with my condition, maybe because I was possibly in the late stages of flu. She stated that because I had not come in earlier, she was unable to test for what was causing my symptoms. It did not feel as though she cared much. I would prefer a provider with a kinder demeanor.

My NP Megan was friendly and direct. I feel confident that she is my new primary care provider.

Ms Westinhaver is personable and seems caring. Nevertheless I saw her on Monday and by Thursday (today) she has not called in a prescription for my UTI, and I am very uncomfortable.

Meaghan was great with our 8 year old. Patient, kind and fun. She made the doctor's visit for him very calming and comfortable.
