Dr. Patel was very thorough with understanding my condition and concerns, and clearly explained treatment options for a new statin and its potential side effects, including an amenable care plan between that visit and my next appointment in October. She was very pleasant, professional and caring in her demeanor and communication. I've been very pleased with Dr. Patel as my new PCP since starting with her earlier this year.

I do not think I would recommend this provider to other people. She seemed very rigid and routine and unable to think out of the box. She also did not have awareness of one of the most common medical conditions affecting half our population. Perimenopause/menopause. Once I stopped her and slowed her down a little bit she was receptive and I did appreciate that.
