The provider was 19 mins late to the video visit, and when I expressed my concern about it, especially with it being my first time seeing her, she appeared to be nonchalant about the matter.

First class experience I must say I don't like going to the hospital, but if I had to do it all over again, I would definitely choose this location

Provider wasn't concerned that another infection could be imminent once antibiotics were stopped. I'm certainly concerned since I've been hospitalized for exactly that problem. Provider could not tell me the source of my illness & why I keep getting ill/hospitalized.
