Providers were eager to answer questions, give thorough explanations, and provided wonderful care.

We appreciate Dr. Spencer taking the time to talk to us about our next steps. She put in a lot of time. However, she was quite defensive when we brought up concerns about the way our FET and other issues were handled by the nursing team (e.g., taking more than 24 hours to respond to our messages, not moving our financial clearance forward in a timely manner). We felt like she was gaslighting us about our concerns, which was uncomfortable and unhelpful. With the exception of the way she handles constructive criticism (which is poor), we felt supported. She needs to do better about receiving and accepting criticism. People make mistakes and we can move past it if she acknowledges them and addresses them.

Dr. Spencer was fantastic, she knew my situation coming into the appointment, explained what we need to do throughly.

As I said earlier doctor and nurses are good but the financial team is very lazy
