Telehealth Services

Patients are able to consult with health care providers using a computer, tablet or phone through our telehealth service called Emory Connected Care. Our telehealth appointments are simple, they’re safe, and offer the same expertise you’ve always known.

We continue to reach out to our patients whose care can be handled through telehealth technologies. A new or current patient can also request to schedule a telehealth appointment. However, certain guidelines are in place that may limit scheduling capabilities. Scheduling a telehealth appointment will depend on several factors, including:
  • Whether you are a new or current patient
  • How urgent your request is
  • The type of medical condition or concern you have
  • The availability between you and your provider

In most cases, new patients are only scheduled if the appointment is considered urgent. To determine if your appointment request is eligible for telehealth, please contact your provider’s office directly. Providers with telehealth visits available can be found by clicking the link below.
