Advanced Practice Providers

Continuing Education

We are committed to your continued excellence.

When you choose a career in medicine, you commit to continually learning, evolving, and becoming better both personally and professionally. That’s why at Emory, learning is encouraged, supported, and celebrated.

Our APPs can take advantage of many educational and leadership opportunities, including:

  • APP Council: Provides leadership, feedback, and involvement across the entire organization.
  • Continuing education programs: Continuing education opportunities allow you to advance your knowledge and skills.
  • Mentoring opportunities: Through preceptor programs, you can help support the next generation of health care providers and advance your own practice.

Most importantly, we’re here to help you succeed. You’ll find a robust APP leadership structure at Emory — one designed to make sure we hear your voice, needs, and wants at every level of our organization. And because you’ll report directly to an APP, you can be confident you’ll have clarity, understanding, and support throughout your career. We also have a vigorous transition to practice program to ensure a successful transition of new providers into our health care family.
