Occupational therapy begins with a full evaluation by our team. We work closely with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your therapy needs and goals. We’ll guide you on what to expect during your journey, including therapy frequency, duration, and potential treatments. These may include:

  • Exercises for improving strength and range of motion

  • Education

  • Modalities for pain and inflammation control (such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, iontophoresis, paraffin baths, and heat or cold therapy)

  • Manual therapy

  • Custom splints
