Comprehensive Stroke Care

As a Level II stroke center, we provide rapid diagnosis, advanced treatment and coordinated care to stabilize stroke patients and support recovery.

Emergency Stroke Response

  • Early EMS alerts prepare our emergency department stroke team for immediate patient care upon arrival.

  • “Code Stroke” and “Code Fast” lead to quick assessment and treatment for better outcomes.
  • Helipad access and Air Evac services enable fast transfers to Comprehensive Stroke Centers.

Advanced Stroke Treatment & Technology

  • 24/7 neurology support and streamlined transfers for advanced procedures.
  • Artificial intelligence (AI)-powered tools allow us to detect large vessel blockages for quicker diagnosis.
  • A dedicated inpatient unit for stroke patients helps patients get high-quality care.

Continuous Quality Improvement

  • A stroke quality management specialist and nurse manager lead our program operations.
  • We provide patient follow-up to assess recovery and enhance care quality.
  • We participate in quality monitoring, stroke registry reporting and community education programs.

Community Engagement & Education

We’re committed to raising stroke awareness and prevention through our EduCare Program. The program facilitates:

  • Public outreach initiatives to improve community awareness of stroke symptoms and the importance of acting fast at the first signs of a stroke.

  • Stroke support group meetings.
