Become a Patient

If you have memory loss or cognitive impairment, the Emory Cognitive Neurology Clinic can help. Our first step is to work with you to identify the cause of your impairment. Then we can connect you to helpful resources. Discuss your symptoms and concerns with your Emory primary care physician or specialist to become a patient. If appropriate, they can refer you to our clinic.

Your physician can use our refer a patient page for instructions on referring.
